Prestwick Estates Community Association (PECA) was established to provide the Prestwick Estates residents a collaborative means to maintain and improve our neighborhood.
PECA has an approved Declaration of Conditions, Covenants & Restrictions which guides the board of directors and the association as a whole in making decisions affecting the community. Funds for improvement projects are established with an annual Assessment Fee payable by property owners.
